Your wedding day should be one of the best days of your life; one you will want to remember forever. Wedding photos are incredibly important (I would know, I used to be a wedding photographer) but they are limited. A photo will never capture the sound of your grandma’s infectious laugh, the speech your maid of honor had you in tears over or the dance moves your aunt busted out after her fourth glass of wine. One of my favorite things about being a wedding videographer is getting to capture these small, special moments for the couple; knowing they can relive their day for years to come. The wedding day will go by fast and a wedding video is a beautiful way to ensure your memory is captured and treasured.
I’m biased, but all iconic wedding moments for brides, grooms and their parties are made even better with video.
Wedding Portraits
A photo is worth a thousand words so a video must be in the gazillions. Bridal portraits
Wedding Speeches
We love a heartfelt, teary-eyed speech and we especially love to be able play it back.
Bridal Party First Looks
A personal favorite. What’s better than seeing the girlies screeching, jumping and hyping you up.
Couples Exit
A slow-mo cinema moment! This is exactly how you should feel exiting your wedding, you’re kind of a big deal.
Vintage Love
Super 8 wedding video is my absolute favorite! Super 8 captures a moment with such rawness; the vintage glowy grain is nostalgic, sweet and flattering.
Wedding videography is a special way to immortalize the most special moments, big or small, of your wedding day. Imagine getting to play back your big day as an anniversary tradition; or gathering around to listen to your favorite speech with friends and family. Wedding videos are a unique way of cherishing the day and not only the connection between you and your spouse but also all of the family and friends who love you.
It is my honor to get to be part of and record these special moments and celebrate these true connections. My work aims to capture a couples’ day as authentically and beautifully as it was, but in High-Res.
